Edwardstown Lions with Australian Army, "Khaki on the Green"
Edwardstown is situated about 20 minutes south of the Adelaide CBD, half way between the City and the Sea, set largely in an area of mixed residential and light industrial. The Edwardstown Lions Club was first started by a group of people having their homes and busineses in the area. Our focus is on the young and disadvantaged person in our area. The many primary schools and secondary schools in the nearby suburbs of Marion, Ascot Park, Clovelly Park and Parkholme are assisted by many of our varied projects.
We are just ordinary people doing extraordinary things - supporting people with disabilities, disadvantaged persons and youth, community greening and fundraising for worthwhile causes.
If you want to be a part of an active club assisting the local and wider community, join the Lions Club of Edwardstown.
